Dr. Mark Razzante
Dr. Mark Razzante is proud to be a co-founder of Ohio Foot and Ankle Specialists in Cleveland, Ohio, where he is an American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery Board Qualified surgeon in Foot and Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery. In addition, he is a full time faculty member at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine, where he educates students and residents in the clinic and operating room.
After completing his surgical residency at St. Vincent Charity Medical Center in downtown Cleveland, he spent the last two years as a full-time faculty member where he obtained his degree in podiatric medicine and surgery. At the California School of Podiatric Medicine at Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, California, Dr. Razzante spent two years teaching in the classroom and clinic as a member of the Podiatric Surgery Department. He spent time in clinic both at Highland Hospital in Oakland, CA and Kaiser Permanente in Antioch, CA. In his first full year as faculty, he was the recipient of the Samuel Merritt University Faculty of the Year award.
After moving back home, Dr. Razzante is excited to spend time with his five younger brothers and get back to attending Cleveland sporting events. He also enjoys any chance he can to get outside with his wife Christina and his Yorkie Polly.
Beyond his surgical residency training, Dr. Razzante has completed advanced training in the Ilizarov external fixation technique, ankle arthroscopy and obtained certification for total ankle replacement.
Dr. Razzante attended John Carroll University for his undergraduate education and obtained a Master's degree in Bioethics at Case Western Reserve University.
Dr. Christina Pratt
Dr. Pratt received her undergraduate degree from John Carroll University and thereafter obtained a Master's degree in Medical Ethics from Case Western Reserve University before going on to earn her medical degree at the California School of Podiatric Medicine in Oakland, CA. Here, she served as the school's national delegate to the American Podiatric Medical Students' Association. Dr. Pratt's three-year surgical residency with reconstructive rearfoot & ankle training was completed at The Cleveland Clinic, Mercy Health and Akron General Hospitals. Dr. Pratt served as Chief Resident in her third year, and was actively involved throughout her training with the Northern Ohio Foot & Ankle Foundation.
After serving her alma mater as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Podiatric Surgery at the California School of Podiatric Medicine and as a staff physician at Highland Hospital in Oakland, California, Dr. Pratt returned to her hometown to join the faculty at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine and to see patients in private practice. She currently serves as a primary course instructor for second and third year medical students, and was awarded the KSUCPM Faculty of the Year award in her first year as faculty. She is an American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgery Board Qualified foot and ankle surgeon with training in both foot and reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery, specializing in elective forefoot surgery. Her hospital affiliations include Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital and Lutheran Hospital as well as St. Vincent Charity Hospital and UH Parma.
Dr. Monique Luxenburg
Dr. Luxenburg grew up in sunny San Diego where she received her bachelor's degree in Human Biology from the University of California at San Diego. She then went on to earn her medical degree at the California School of Podiatric Medicine in Oakland, California.
There she was the vice president of her class and also the secretary for the associated student body. Dr. Luxenburg completed her surgical residency program at Veterans Hospital and UCLA Olive View Hospital in Los Angeles where she served as chief resident. She is board qualified and a member of the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.
Dr. Luxenburg enjoys all aspects of podiatry and is particularly interested in wound care and limb salvage. She values patient care and strives to develop individualized treatment plans to get patient’s back on their feet in a timely manner.
When she is not working, Dr. Luxenburg enjoys spending time with her Cleveland native husband Aaron and son Zane. She is recently new to the Cleveland area and hopes to explore all that this great city has to offer.
